After few months of not getting any new batik bags, finally I fell off the wagon....

Okay, I confessed that I failed to keep up my promise bag resolution. But this batik in Hokokai print is just beautiful.

Without further ado, I am presenting my new batik bag from Lovely Batik in Flawless GM style. The beautiful and colourful Hokokai print is gorgeously matched with blue cobra skin.

Kawung has been one of my all time favourite batik patterns

Among the wide array of batik patterns, parang and kawung have been my all-time favourite ones. I am easily drawn into any products that use these 2 batik patterns. From tissue case to pillow cushion :D So it was no wonder that I got several bags in parang pattern and quite a few in kawung. This is one of them, a simple tote bag in kawung pattern from Lovely Batik.

I just noticed that recently I carried a lot of receipts in my bag. Well, then it is time to sort those stuffs and just throw away the old ones. I normally only kept receipts from the last 1 month of spending :D

Lovely Batik - January Shopping Haul

I am always 'weak' with batik bag especially made from batik lawas.

Batik lawas has distinguished colours that new batiks can not compete with. After being used and loved for more than 30 years, those batik fabrics are still stunning. Hence, it is a great material for a bag.

When I saw the raw materials were posted (offered), I can not help myself but immediately ordered these 2 Flawless bags at Lovely Batik. And the results are simply lovely and beyond beautiful.........

I just received the bag on Friday afternoon, and the bag has become my weekend bag eversince.
I took her to Gandaria City on Sunday morning, where I enjoy my green tea latte at Starbucks Caffe, accompanied by the Flawless bag and my iPad (as my latest toys).
