Goyard Family

 

 

Without doubt, Goyard is one of my favourite brand, especially I love its classic St Louis style (in PM size). In general, Goyard bags are lightweight yet the material are quite durable. So that's the main reason why Goyard bags will stay in my collection for a long period of time.

Once I had a Goyard bag other than St Louis, i.e. Sac Hardy PM (check here). Yet I do not favour its boxy look therefore I decided to get a new owner for the Sac Hardy.

Now I have only 2 Goyard tote bags but I am (seriously) thinking to expand this little family... So, yellow or grey, perhaps?

Celine Trio Family: latest update

In the past, I have made a post about my Celine Trio Family (check here). However as I continuously update my bags I then have decided to let go one of my Celine Trio. The decision was based on the fact that I have several mini bags and green was not my favourite colour. So my Celine Trio in grass green (check the green Trio here and here) has found a new home.

Now I only have 4 Celine Trios which are all under basic colours. I think I am at the stage where I have enough of mini bags and would seriously seriously think (and think) when I am about to acquire another mini bag.

Orangeholic

These are my current orange collection....
I would love to get another orange handbags, but honestly I have not decided on the brand yet....What a tough decision!

Celine Trio Family

Without further ado, please meet my Celine Trio family. I can't believe that now I have 5 Trios already and I still want more lol (thinking of purple and hoping Ms Philo would release purple in the coming seasons).

The first Trio that I bought was the black one in 2012 (check here), followed by the red one in 2013 (check here) and the blue one was then added (check here). And this year I got saffron Trio from Spring collection (check here) and grass Trio from Summer collection (check here).

Trio has been my favourite bag for going out with the kids. It is roomy, very lightweight and the leather (made of lambskin) is surprisingly durable. Love it.

I am pretty sure that this small happy family will have a new addition in the near future *wink*

Black croc-stamped bags

This is my small family of black croc-stamped bags (and clutches). I used to have a beautiful Celine phantom in black croc-stamped, but I decided to let it go since it was way too big for my petite frame. Sometimes I missed that beautiful bag though. But then I am now content with this small happy family.

Louis Vuitton family

I used to be a Louis Vuitton addict for a long time. I remember that my first Louis Vuitton bag was purchased in 1998 while I was studying in the UK. Since then I can not be stopped in adding my LV collection that at one point of time I had a significant number of Louis Vuitton bags and small leather goods. However as I (easily) get bored with all those monogrammed bags, I gradually let go of my Louis Vuitton bags and wallets, until those shown on the photo are the remaining. So now I have zero or nil Louis Vuitton bags and I intend to keep only these few items of small leather goods.

But, maybe one day I would go back to my old habit... i.e. start collecting handbags from Louis Vuitton. Well, who knows... because I rather believe in an old proverb saying that 'old habits are hard to break' LOL

Balenciaga Family

These are the remaining Balenciaga bags that I currently own.
They are one small happy family and I am happy and content with my current collection.

In the past (circa 2009-2010) I was a true Balenciaga addict and owned up to 17 Balenciaga bags with various styles/hardwares/colours. However since I have been a Celine convert and loyal to Celine in the past 2 years, then I had to let go most of my Balenciaga bags. Now I only have 6 Balenciaga bags and love each one of them.

They are one small happy Proenza Schouler family: PS1 medium dark red (2010), PS1 medium midnight blue (2012) and (the newest one) PS Courier black krishna.

During last weekend I had fun in taking pictures of current Bottega Veneta collection.

 

I remembered very well that I knew BV for the first time around 5 years ago (when I had my first veneta) and since then there's no turning back. The brand has been on my top wish list until today.

 

In the past I had total 8 bags from Bottega Veneta. But half of them have been gone and now I am happy with these 4 beauties. My favourite is the mini cabat lilac. The size is just perfect for my petite frame 5'1.

 

Oops, I just realized that I have so many Bottega Veneta wallets lol... (check my other wallets here). But hey, the leather and colour are simply irresistible...

 

Lastly, living in a tropical country, one can not live without having a pair (or two) sandals. These Bottega Veneta sandals are my fave. I have to go one size down for this style.
