The importance of breakfast

For my daily breakfast routine, I am quite a simple person.
A cup (or a tumbler) of green tea and freshly cut papaya are good enough for me. I normally had my breakfast in the car, while waiting for the traffic lights or in the middle of traffic jam.
With this routine, I can still survive til noon for lunch.

But there were days that I had the chance to enjoy breakfast 'properly' (i.e. sitting in a dining table at a coffee shop). And if that happened, I still chose simple meal though. One or two slices of bread and a cup of coffee or tea are more than enough for me.
