Recent Longchamp haul

About a month ago, Longchamp held its annual End of Season sale for the fall winter collection. Of course I did not miss the event especially when the SA called me in advance and advised me for the upcoming event ;)

So on the first day of sale event, I went to the store, stayed inside the store for total 15 minutes (I was in hurry) and went home with a big green 'Longchamp' paper bag. Well, I bought 3 Le Pliage bags: 2 Le Pliage Cuir in cumin and bilberry and 1 Le Pliage Plumes in bronze. All are in medium size (length 32cm) with long strap.

In my opinion, the Le Pliage Plumes bag is quite unique as Longchamp claimed that it uses printed moleskin fabrics and the fabrics feel super soft!

All these bags have been actively on duty in the past one month. They are great for daily bags and the medium size is just perfect for me.

See the printed moleskin fabrics of Le Pliage Plumes in close up. There are many 'Longchamp' letters printed randomly all over the fabrics surface. What a great details!

Proenza Schouler PS Courier Black-Krishna

I was very very excited when I saw it in real life, a Proenza Schouler PS Courier, the first time. I simply love its simple style and the use of minimum hardwares and the leather is just divine. The leather lining in contrast orange colour always gives me a warm nice feeling whenever I open the bag. It is quite refreshing to see the inside of the bag has been constructed by beautiful leather. Even the back pocket (with magnetic closure and this is one of my favourite parts of the bag too) is lined with the orange soft leather.

I do not need to brag about the leather. It has followed the already-known Proenza Schouler quality: supple, soft, luxurious and durable. 

I have to admit that PS Courier is surprisingly a lightweight handbag in comparison to its already-famous-sister PS1 (comparison is for PS1 medium). I notice that this is due to the fact that PS Courier does not have as many compartments and pockets as PS1 and the use of hardwares are much less. Well, this is another fact that has made me adore the bag even more.

The strap is also adjustable with smart design by using with buttons (not buckle) and those buttons are covered with the leather too. Very chic!

As I already have 2 PS1 medium in midnight blue (here) and dark red (here), so I quickly decided to bring home this baby in bicolor Black-Krishna. I think I did not make any bad decision despite it was another impulsive purchase.... haha.... No regret so far *grin*

My favourite from this season is definitely the Box medium in croco emerald. Totally gorgeous and classy *drool*

Fendi 2jours FW 2013 Collection

While the Fendi 2jours fur bags are really an outstanding collection (check here), yet the 'regular' Fendi 2jours are also quite interesting and beautiful. Those colours selection quite represent the fall-winter colour tones.

My favourite from this season will be the purple, navy blue or olive green Fendi 2jours below. In my opinion these colours are quite subtle yet classic. They will surely be a nice addition to my bright-pop orange Fendi 2jours (check here).

So, let see, should I put them on my (never ending) bag wishlist? *wink*

Fendy 2jour Fur bags

This season the Fendi handbags collection come loudly in fur. Yes, fur is back. However as much as I love Fendi 2jour (check my lovely orange 2jours here), I am still not sure with these fur bags. I much prefer the original version of Fendi 2jours that uses combined saffiano-calfskin leathers.

But if I have to choose only one Fendi fur bag, then this is my pick, the one in navy blue with zebra-patterned fur on the sides.
