Celine Trio Family: latest update
In the past, I have made a post about my Celine Trio Family (check here). However as I continuously update my bags I then have decided to let go one of my Celine Trio. The decision was based on the fact that I have several mini bags and green was not my favourite colour. So my Celine Trio in grass green (check the green Trio here and here) has found a new home.
Now I only have 4 Celine Trios which are all under basic colours. I think I am at the stage where I have enough of mini bags and would seriously seriously think (and think) when I am about to acquire another mini bag.

Celine Bracelets
Recently I was so excited when I found out about (and bought) the 'Knot' bracelets (check here for close-up photos). They are very versatile and great for stacking. The leather cuff is also very nice and quite edgy for daily armcandy. I am simply hoping that this year I could have one or two more bracelets from Celine...

Celine Trio Family
Without further ado, please meet my Celine Trio family. I can't believe that now I have 5 Trios already and I still want more lol (thinking of purple and hoping Ms Philo would release purple in the coming seasons).
The first Trio that I bought was the black one in 2012 (check here), followed by the red one in 2013 (check here) and the blue one was then added (check here). And this year I got saffron Trio from Spring collection (check here) and grass Trio from Summer collection (check here).
Trio has been my favourite bag for going out with the kids. It is roomy, very lightweight and the leather (made of lambskin) is surprisingly durable. Love it.
I am pretty sure that this small happy family will have a new addition in the near future *wink*

My very first Celine Nano
Without further ado, please allow me to introduce my very first Nano. I bought it in August as a self birthday present (I am a Leo!). The colour is Coquelicot which in my opinion is a true red colour and I instantly fall in love! I got it from the local Celine store and the SA was kind enough that she kept this bag for me for 2 weeks as I was out of town. The leather is called drummed (it is basically grained leather) and with gold hardware. Beautiful indeed.
I do love Nano very much that I wish to get another one early next year. I am hoping that next Spring Summer collection Celine will bring bright coloured Nanos. I like a mini bag like Nano in bold/vivid colour instead of getting black or blue. I have been eyeing a yellow Nano and wish that Ms. Philo will release beautiful yellow (like sunflower yellow) in the next season.
Once I carry Nano more often, I think that the Mini looks so huge on me lol. I still love the Mini though and am so excited that my Minis now have a smaller (and cuter) sister.
Please check the previous post here.
Celine Knot Duo
Last month I impulsively scored the gold Knot bracelet from Celine (check here). Then it turned out that the bracelet is very versatile and easy match for bracelet stacking. So this month I decided to get the silver Knot (check here for reveal).
And now I am happy with these two Celine Knots. Yay! For sure I will use them quite often for my arm candy.

Inside my bag: Celine Trio
When weekend is coming, normally Celine Trio is out for duty. So here is one of my favourite weekend bag and what's inside my Trio. Wearing a yellow bag can instantly boost my mood as its bright colour can remind me of a hot sunny day. So this Saffron Trio has been my preferred bag recently.
Whenever I am wearing my Trio I just bring the very essential items. And definitely I do not take any make pouch lol. I sometimes switch the wallet that is small enough to go inside this mini bag. This activity may be full of hassle (removing cards/notes/coins/receipts, making sure that the previous wallet is empty and storing the previous wallet properly in the box). But in the end I have a pain-free shoulder during the weekend for carrying a lightweight purse.
Have a nice weekend....
PS. Check my Celine saffron Trio in the previous posts here and here.
Black croc-stamped bags
Please check my old Celine phantom in black croc-stamped here and here. I believe that she has found a new beautiful mommy who will use her more often than I did.

Inside my bag: Celine Trio
Red is my second favourite colour after black. And today I wore my loyal Celine red Trio with some red accessories.
Please check my post here when I revealed the above (red) sunglasses. Psssttt this sunnies has become my latest fave too.
Celine Knot Bracelet
Ok, this was an impulsive purchase during my brief stop at the Celine Store 2 weeks ago and it turned out that I looooove it. Now I want the silver one too....

Celine Trio Grass Green
Disclaimer: This is not a recent purchase made in August (or even last month). But I think this little beauty deserves a special post. So here it is.
I am presenting my new Celine Trio from Summer 2014 collection. It was bought in Celine Hong Kong (The one at Pacific Place, Admiralty) a couple of months ago. Check the reveal post here.
I really really love its fresh green colour. I am not a 'green person' but this baby has won my heart. I was sold immediately when the SA showed me this trio. I was told that this is 'grass' green and these pictures do not do justice. The colour is more beautiful in real life that makes the bag easily become a head-turner or a conversation starter lol.
Now I am officially a Trio-addict and this is my 5th Celine Trio. I still have several wish list for trio's colours (e.g. violet purple, bubblegum pink) and am hoping that one day Phoebe Philo would introduce them in one of the Celine's future collections *fingers crossed*

Bag of the day: Celine Croc-embossed Trapeze
Since the release of Mini Trapeze in early 2014, I have been contemplating whether I should switch my medium Trapeze to the Mini version. I like the size of mini Trapeze, which is more suitable for my petite frame. And with the option of 3-colour combo, that mini version just becomes a super cute handbag. My SA also mentioned that the mini Trapeze was flying off the shelves quickly nowadays yet she promised that she could help me finding the perfect colour combo that I wish for.
Sometimes there is this evil idea that I could have both Trapezes (medium and mini), so that I just need to get a mini version (and keep this black beauty). However I further thought that I only want to have one Trapeze. And to tell you the truth, most of the time this bag stays in her dust bag inside my closet and I rarely took her out especially while I went out with the kids. I would rather use Goyard St Louis as my trusted bag for going out with three kids.
So that's the reason why I have been actively wearing my one and only medium Trapeze and continuously thinking 'should I or should I not' switch to the smaller version. Just like today. This bag was on duty again, and as expected I fall in love again with this classic piece. I like the fact that the leather has become softer and it is no longer a stiff leather. And the smell of Celine leather is just divine.
So yes, this baby will stay in my closet for a longer period of time... I hope that I have made a sound decision this time.... *fingers crossed*

My broken Celine Trio
About a month ago my red Celine Trio got an incident and the pictures above depicted what actually happened. Its long strap was broken and separated from the trio's main body. Oh noooo ... It was surely a horror story for all bag addicts.
The story behind the incident was that I was on a trip with my kids and brought this bag as my handbag. At that time my bag was definitely overloaded. I simply put too many heavy items inside the bag (i.e. power bank, 2 mobile phones, wallets, 4 passports with the covers, etc), then this incident was inevitable and happened while I was on the plane.
Of course I was shocked and weeping but not too long as I soon realized that the broken strap was due to loose stitching. I positively thought that it can be fixed. And yes it can. Upon returning from my trip, I went to Captain Fix, and voila on the following my red Celine Trio looked perfectly fine like nothing bad had ever happened to her. I specially requested them to use a red thread to attach back the long strap and I also brought my other Celine Trio as a sample for them to fix my red one. With this approach, I can get my bag back into flawless condition again. I believe that the repairman at Captain Fix did a wonderful job as I noticed that the stitching that they did was pretty neat (and strong!). The next 2 pictures displayed my Celine Trio after the repair and I took the photos while I was still inside the Captain Fix shop to pick up the bag.
So yes, my story has a happy ending and I have two lessons learnt , i.e. (1) I must not put too many heavy items inside a Celine Trio (2) it is important to get to know a trusted bag repair shop.
And after this incident my love for Celine Trio is unchanged (until today, it's one of my favourite handbag) and I still consider that this bag is a great one for travelling or for running some errands around the city.

Recent Celine Haul
I bought these items around 3 months ago while I was in Hong Kong. The grass green Trio was love at first sight that I immediately decided to take home the green beauty.
I was assisted by a sweet SA in Celine store at One Pacific Place. She is super helpful. If I am not mistaken, her name is Annie. Thanks Annie
